MobSpawnESP incorrectly shows sugar cane blocks as spawnable

wurst does only care about light levels but mobs cant spawn in sugarcane. can a moderator fix this?

teamdevosjes yeah that would be a great idea to add a toggle to check different blocks (including stuff like spawnable on magma etc.

Hey teamdevosjes, thanks for the bug report! I just tested this and it turns out that mobs actually can spawn in sugar cane.

A Minecraft screenshot showing a floating platform made of grass blocks with sugar cane on top and waterlogged stairs to hydrate the sugar cane. Two zombies have spawned on two of the sugar cane-covered grass blocks. Nothing has spawned on the stairs and none of the grass blocks are left uncovered.

But aside from that, I did find some issues with how MobSpawnESP was checking for spawnable blocks, and those will be fixed in the next update.

Hey Cyclopropinon, which mobs did you say can spawn on magma again? From what I can see here, it shouldn't be possible, since magma emits a block light level of 3 and anything above 0 should prevent hostile mob spawns.

Alexander01998 afaik zombie pigmen can spawn on them
that fact is used for many gold farms

Cyclopropinon I see, thanks! Looking at the code, all of these mobs seem to ignore the light level completely when spawning. I'm not sure that they would really fit with how MobSpawnESP works - the whole "can only spawn at night" vs. "can also spawn during the day" distinction doesn't really make much sense when light level is ignored.
