While it's not possible to accurately diagnose your issue without knowing more details about your setup, I can take a guess and say that you're likely running Minecraft 1.21 with Sodium 0.6 Beta and Wurst 7.45. If that guess is accurate, updating to Wurst 7.45.1 and Minecraft 1.21.1 should fix your problem.
