How to add wurst into other modpacks?

I want to know how can i add wurst into other modpacks to use it. like those popular ones, or more specific is better than wolves, dawncraft,….

Hey SmartestParrot,

Here's how you can add Wurst to a modpack, depending on what type of modpack you're dealing with:

Fabric Modpacks: If the modpack is for Fabric, it's straightforward - just drop the Wurst jar file into the mods folder and you're good to go.
Forge 1.20.1 Modpacks: For Forge modpacks running on 1.20.1, you'll need to install the Sinytra Connector mod as well as Forgified Fabric API. After that, just add Wurst to the mods folder alongside it.
Forge 1.12.2 or 1.10.2 Modpacks: For Forge modpacks on these versions, you can use ForgeWurst, which is specifically designed for those versions. Again, just drop the ForgeWurst file into the mods folder.
Other Forge Versions: Unfortunately, Wurst won't work on Forge modpacks that are not 1.20.1, 1.12.2, or 1.10.2. There isn't a version of Wurst that is compatible outside those specific versions.

is there a diffrence between crystal launcher and normal minecraft launcher ? I have an issue with 1.20.1 version i added sinytra connector and forgified fabric api into mods and it doesnt work. In connector folder in mods i have some wurst-client already but mapped idk or im supposed to delete this ant drop there version of wurst that i want or i this a problem with crystal launcher ?

No problem now I bought normal launcher bcs i dont want to spend hours on this, so if i have other mods already added and i drop these two programs that u said to install into mods, what i need to do next? Should I drop the wurst i want with fabric i want into mods or what ? or put wurst into connector folder?

wasiela Yes, both Forge mods and Fabric mods (Wurst) should go into the mods folder. AFAIK, you should not put anything into a connector folder.

Also, make sure that you only install Forgified Fabric API and not the regular Fabric API as well. Having what is essentially two Fabric APIs installed at the same time is a common source of problems.

I'm attempting to use wurst on 1.19.2 for forge, is it not combatable, or am i doing something wrong?

Hey pj6549, Forge 1.19.2 is not compatible with Wurst, as there is no Sinytra Connector for 1.19.2.
