It looks like the issue is mostly about mod versions that aren't compatible with the current version of Minecraft you're using. The main problem here is that some of your mods (particularly BetterHurtCam) are built for older or specific versions of Minecraft like 1.14 to 1.19.4, and they're not going to work with 1.20.1.

Here's what you need to do:

Update Fabric Loader: First, update your Fabric Loader to version 0.15.9 or later. This will fix the compatibility issue with the Wurst Client. You can do this by re-running the Fabric installer and making sure the latest Fabric Loader version is selected.
Remove Old/Irrelevant Mods: Remove all outdated versions of BetterHurtCam from your mods folder. As long as these are present, they will prevent your game from launching. If a version of BetterHurtCam is available for Minecraft 1.20.1, you can use that instead. Otherwise, your best bet is to remove it completely.
