Mod Menu Crash

Wurst version: v7.43.1
Minecraft version: 1.21

Description: Wurst crashes when opening the Escape menu.

The Error occured because Wurst was trying to create a UI item which had already been initialized by Mod Menu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Fabric Minecraft instance with Wurst and Mod Menu
2. Start Minecraft
3. Join a Server - Crash!

Hey Paranoia8972,

This crash is caused by ModMenu's recent v11.0.0 update. We're tracking it here on GitHub: Wurst-Imperium/Wurst71018

Wurst 7.44 will include a fix for this issue, but for now, you can use ModMenu v11.0.0-rc.4 instead.

Alternatively, if you want to keep using ModMenu v11.0.0, you could change ModMenu's "Game menu: Replace" setting to either "Game menu: Insert" or "Game menu: Icon".
