Crashing with ModMenu installed

I use wurst client in Single and MultiPlayer mostly for its utility functions that arent available as standalone mods, which is why I am running it with many other mods concurrently. I am getting a crash with the ModMenu mod installed, which simply adds a menu for me to manage installed mods within the game.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the crash happens when pressing escape, or entering the escape menu by any other means (Alt-Tabbing). I have seen a couple bug reports already but nothing about its incompatibility with mod menu.

This crash is caused by ModMenu's recent v11.0.0 update. We're tracking it here on GitHub: Wurst-Imperium/Wurst71018

Wurst 7.44 will include a fix for this issue, but for now, you can use ModMenu v11.0.0-rc.4 instead.

Alternatively, if you want to keep using ModMenu v11.0.0, you could change ModMenu's "Game menu: Replace" setting to either "Game menu: Insert" or "Game menu: Icon".
