Sometimes I can't hit other players (+ Video)

I recently downloaded the WURST client, and this is really cool.

But sometimes I can't hit the other player.

Is there any way to fix this? or is there anyone else experiencing the same problem as me?

I only use reach and aim assist. (+ full bright)
