A Wurst Client version for Minecraft 1.5.2 does not exist, unfortunately. Wurst development started a little bit later in Minecraft 1.7.2.

The minimal Minecraft version Wurst ever supported was 1.7.2. Here's link, but why do you need cheat client for such old version?

I just never liked the post-Notch game … However , I usually game on 1.6.4
