hello could you do so you can turn it off if its outdated cuz then if you screenshare its easy seen ur hacking

I understand that installing updates can be inconvenient, but it's necessary because Wurst updates often contain important bugfixes or security improvements. Especially with recent vulnerabilities like the sign detection exploit, being vulnerable to those is far worse than having a visible logo in the corner.

Keep in mind that you only need to update the Wurst Client, not Minecraft itself. Playing on an older Minecraft version is perfectly fine, as long as you have the latest Wurst release for that Minecraft version.

ok thanks? m but if ur using feather client like me its really easy to get caught cheating in ur server with (not 1.20.6) you grinded in cuz it shows logo i am saying that you can make a button that just turn it off cuz i tested what you said for feather client if i play on lower version theres no wurst mod and if i put 1.20.6 wurst mod in 1.20.4 fabric fabric gives an error so just make a button that turn it off (allways, outdated,(off) so if players whats to see new version come out they will choose outdated

Hey exhanek,

If you install the latest version of Wurst for any Minecraft version, including 1.20.4, then you can turn off the logo and there won't be any "outdated" messages.

If you install an an outdated version of Wurst for any Minecraft version, then you will see an "outdated" message in-game and you won't be able to hide the logo. This is intentional, because you need to update.

The download page on WurstClient.net will also warn you when you're trying to download an outdated version, with a link to the latest version that you should install instead. Here is an example:

If you install any version incorrectly, then Fabric will give you an error message.
