You can bind all the "visible hacks" to a key and then toggle it whenever needed.
But if you wanna record a clip, you should just turn off all hacks, I mean most other hacks you'll be using can be noticed in a recording.
Just bind Panic hack to a key, save your current hacks using .enabledhax save-profile <ProfileName>, and then bind .enabledhax load-profile <ProfileName> to a different key and then use these whenever you need to take a screenshot or record a clip.
