MultiAura hand swing option

It is a function to turn off and turn on the hand swing when attacking with a multiaura.

I couldn't debug it, but please understand.

I haven't had a chance to run your code yet, but I noticed it compiled successfully on the CI system and it seems pretty straightforward.

However, instead of a CheckboxSetting, I suggest implementing a SwingHandSetting. This provides more flexibility than a checkbox and keeps MultiAura consistent with other hacks in Wurst that already have hand swing customization.

I'm a little confused by your message. Are you still referring to the MultiAura hand swing option? If so, no worries! I can definitely implement this setting myself. I'll just need to finish up my work on the PortalESP feature first.

Also, how are things coming along with your other pull request where you translated Wurst to Korean? It would be nice to have it in v7.38, but it's totally fine if you need more time - we can always move it to a later release. Let me know!
