I'm not quite ready to fully review this one yet, as I'm currently still reviewing your previous contribution (Wurst-Imperium/Wurst7872), where you've translated all 2585 words of Wurst's in-game text into Korean (much appreciated by the way!). I'm also making some much needed improvements to my translation review process, which is why this one is taking a bit longer than usual.
From a quick glance at the MassTpaHere feature, is it essentially a replication of MassTPA with a different command? If so, it might be more effective to add an EnumSetting or a TextFieldSetting to MassTPA that allows the user to change the command as needed. This could potentially offer more customization while adding fewer lines of code.
