Open Chests

You can open chests but cant take items from it, or you can enable/disable that you want to take items or not.

I'm afraid what you're suggesting isn't really possible due to the way Minecraft servers work. They control which actions can happen on their side, like viewing and taking items from chests, and we can't change that.
