Cyclopropinon What you see on their website could just be a simplification. Normally, when people say a server is on "1.19", they mean the latest stable version within the 1.19 series. But hey, if it works on 1.20.1, that's even better!
Regarding the non-implemented 7.36 features, my original plan was to implement only the most popular suggestion from the votes in Wurst 7.36. However, there was no clear winner among the ~150 comments. I ended up choosing the SeedRay suggestion for it, but as I've explained on GitHub, this feature is currently stuck in a kind of mid-development hell. Right now I'm working on Wurst-Imperium/Wurst7867, which will be included in v7.37 and improves X-Ray in a different way.
The other suggestions with similar amounts of votes as SeedRay are stored for future consideration. But to be clear, I can't ensure that they'll be part of any particular update. They'll just be released as they are ready, ideally one at a time in small but frequent updates. I hope this makes sense and I appreciate your patience!
