You can simply middle click your teammates to add them to the friends list so that killaura, triggerbot etc. wouldn't attack them, and it makes it easier to differentiate them from the enemy team. Or you can use .friends add <NameOfTeammate>
to add them to the friends list.
However, I do agree that it is a pain to add and remove them from friends list after every match. A hack that would automatically add and remove team members to the friends list after every match would be very useful.
