Actually, you can have more than two spots. After setting the two required spots, simply move to a third spot and reel in the fishing rod. AutoFish will automatically cast it again, then once it has caught one item, the new location will be marked as a fishing spot. You can repeat this process as needed to create as many fishing spots as you want.
