- Why can't I send messages?
because very likely u have nochatreports enabled (by Wurst or by another mod), and the server forces you to make your messages reportable
What can you do?
As a serverowner: in server.properties: enforce-secure-profile = false
or install the nochatreports mod on your server
As a player: dont talk in the chat at all (personal recommendation)
or disable nochatreports, and rejoin the server
- How do I get creative/op?
In the current version its not possible.
it was possible in some 1.8.x versions
