Hey Majdh,
By default, most servers have a /pl or /plugins command that you can use. However, a lot of server owners turn that command off because they want to hide which plugins they are using.
You could also try /version or /ver to at least see what server software they're running (Spigot, Paper, etc.).
Another thing you can try is typing / in chat to see the available commands. A lot of plugins will have a command that's just their name or can easily be googled to find them. Of course server owners can turn that off too but it's less common.
Wurst doesn't have a dedicated plugin detector, and AFAIK there is not much that such a detector could do for you other than trying the above methods automatically.
