Hey scahrlet,
You don't need to worry about this anymore.
To be clear, the exploits you're referring to (sign translation exploit, anvil translation exploit, etc.) do still exist in Minecraft and can be a privacy concern for leaking your preferred language, keybinds, and the presence of un-patched mods. But any Wurst Client release since v7.44 is completely undetectable to them.
As of Wurst 7.44, Wurst exclusively uses its own systems for doing translations and keybinds, which vanilla Minecraft can't see or read any data from. So now, any data leaks in Minecraft's translation/keybind system just won't affect Wurst at all. Wurst translations can't leak from specially crafted signs/anvils/whatever because they just don't show up there in the first place. There is nothing left for such exploits to detect now.
By the way, using the ModDetectionPreventer mod is no longer recommended. That mod was very helpful in the early days for letting everyone know about this exploit and how it worked. However, it only patched some of Minecraft's translation data leaks and it did so by pretending that all non-vanilla translation keys didn't exist. It was later found that this patch could itself be detected by servers - if a server simply created their own translation keys, they would see those keys disappear from the leaked data. That's why there is now a big warning on that repository saying that you shouldn't use it anymore.
Hope that clears it up!
