Sorry to hear that! Could you please share the crash report associated with this error?
You can usually find crash reports in your .minecraft/crash-reports/ folder. Look for the most recent one (should be from today, around the time of the crash) and simply drag the file into the reply box here.
That way I can see exactly what's going wrong and help you fix it.
