I appreciate your enthusiasm to create a fan-made download page for Wurst and Wolfram, but I will have to say no to that idea. The main reason is that the ad revenue from the official sites is essential to keeping the projects up and running, and having unofficial download sites that bypass those ads might cause more harm than you'd expect.
If you're having trouble with the current layout of the sites, feel free to make suggestions for how they could be improved! I'm always open to feedback and looking for ways to improve the clients and their websites.
If the "eye strain" you're referring to is all about the ads on the official sites, there is actually an official ad-free version of WurstClient.net available here: https://www.wurstclient.net/ad-free/ It's priced to be as affordable as possible and there's no subscription involved. Unfortunately this does not currently exist for Wolfram though.
