Hey awakenxerikoyosaka, based on the screenshot I'm guessing you might be using Minecraft 1.21 with Sodium 0.6 Beta and Wurst 7.45. If that guess is accurate, updating to Wurst 7.45.1 and Minecraft 1.21.1 should fix your problem.
If not, please tell me which versions you are actually using so we can troubleshoot further.
