Wurst Bug: fps crashes in GUI and while using visual based "additions"

Wurst version: latest: 7.45
Minecraft version: 1.20.1

Steps to reproduce: open the navigator GUI or use a visual hack like chest esp and your frames will drop

1. I should state that I'm not sure if this is a personal issue it could very well be a compatibility issue with my other mods

2. along with the frame drops using any visual hack will result in a white square in the top right of your screen

3. my mods and resource packs are too long to list but as far as I know none of them should be interfering with wursts functions
