Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn on MobSpawnESP
2. Place any light block, like a torch and break it.
ESP will then show for a split second and disappear.

3. ImmediatelyFast 1.2.18+1.21
4. Jade 15.0.4+fabric
5. Just Enough Items 19.0.0.7
6. ModernFix 5.18.3+mc1.21
7. Sodium 0.5.9+mc1.21
8. Wurst Client v7.43.1-MC1.21
Then i redownloaded Wurst and placed it in another MC instance by itself, the bug persisted.
This bug is exclusive to 1.21.
This is happening on a Realm but the bug persists even on Singleplayer.
