That's not an error code I've ever seen before. After doing some googleing, it seems that this error can occur with all kinds of software, always on Windows, and in most of the forum threads people never discovered the cause or how to fix it.
There is, however, one article from MiniTool claiming that this is a file system error. They recommend running sfc /scannow
and chkdsk
