Wurst Logo: press right shift, search for WurstLogo, and once you're inside the Wurst Logo options/page find "Visibility" and select "only when Outdated"
Hacklist: not sure what you mean by that but if you want to disable or enable Wurst trough your game, press "esc", go to "Statistics" and then press "Diasble Wurst"
