Hey Quasarix,
That's quite a broad question, since the ideal settings can vary a lot depending on the server you're playing on and your own PvP style. But I can give you a quick rundown of a few popular PvP hacks that work in Minecraft 1.19 and above:
Killaura: Automatically attacks nearby players, very effective in melee combat. However, dedicated PvP servers will often have anti-cheat plugins that are able to detect this hack.
Criticals: Gives you critical hits for extra damage. Also can be detected by plugins, though I've been on quite a few servers where the anti-cheat seems to be OK with it.
AimAssist: Helps your aim, but doesn't attack automatically. It's like a much more subtle version of Killaura, great for sneaking by aggressive anti-cheats.
Flight: On servers with no anti-cheat at all, Flight gives you a huge PvP advantage. You just move so quickly that nobody is able to hit you.
PlayerESP: Lets you see other players through walls. Can't be detected at all unless you have someone looking at your screen.
As you can see, choosing your PvP hacks depends heavily on your risk tolerance and the anti-cheat (or lack thereof) installed on your server. There are many more hacks available in Wurst, ranging from virtually undetectable to blatantly obvious, with the more blatant hacks typically giving you a greater advantage than the stealthy ones.
I hope this gives you a general idea of what to look for when choosing your preferred set of hacks.
