Thanks for providing the crash report. It appears there's an issue with your file permissions, as Wurst is being denied access to some of its own files, such as C:\Users\me\.Wurst encryption\wurst_rsa_public.txt. Although denying Wurst these permissions isn't recommended and can limit the functionality of the AltManager feature, it isn't supposed to crash the entire game.
I've fixed the crash in Wurst-Imperium/Wurst7ceebaeb. This fix will be included in the upcoming Wurst 7.35.2 update. Despite this, I'd still recommend fixing your file permissions, otherwise, you may continue to have limited AltManager functionality even with this patch.
