Hacklist - Blacklist certain hacks from being shown

I always have Fullbright, NoOverlay, and some other hacks always on. Having too many hacks in the list prevents me from noticing if someone is on when it shouldn't be.

An option to blacklist certain hacks from being shown in the hacklist would be nice.

thats a good idea, we could also have a "whitelist-mode" where only hacks in the whitelist are shown

also the not shown hacks could be displayed as "13 more active hacks" at the bottom of the list
