For 26.3-snapshot-7 and later versions, I have split all of Wurst's "Swing hand" settings into "Attack swing" and "Interact swing".
"Attack swing" works pretty much the way you are used to, but it only affects left-click swings (attacking and mining stuff).
"Interact swing" is the new and weird one, because of how Minecraft now processes right-click swings on the server side. Right-click swings can no longer be suppressed, so "Interact swing" has no "Off" option. And in hacks that do multiple right-clicks in a single tick (e.g. BonemealAura with "MultiMeal" enabled), every single right-click will now create a separate swing event instead of them all being combined into one. There is no visible difference, it will still look like a single swing, but it results in more packet spam that might create some lag on weaker servers.
Wurst for 26.3-snapshot-7 is releasing now.
