Hi again ioenjoyers, as I explained two weeks ago, no, Wurst is not vulnerable to translation exploits.
The screenshot you posted here actually proves that. The sign is showing the raw translation key key.wurst.zoom, exactly as vanilla Minecraft would, instead of translating it to Zoom and thereby revealing that the client is modded. This is exactly what's supposed to happen.
