Hi LashedLime, I actually just fixed this yesterday. It shouldn't happen anymore.
Earlier this week I updated all Flarum plugins to their latest versions and that somehow left WurstForum in this broken state for logged out users. Restarting all of the updated plugins seems to have fixed it, I can't get that yellow error message to appear anymore even when I log out.
