Which translates to English as:
"You cannot interact in this region!"
This appears to be from a Minecraft server (likely Russian-speaking) with region protection plugins, where the player is being told they don't have permission to interact with blocks or items in a protected area.
If it read and translated that correctly, it means that this isn't a problem with Wurst's AutoFarm feature. You are trying to harvest plants that are made indestructible and un-harvestable by a server plugin, which is not going to work no matter what you set your AutoFarm settings to or even if you tried it manually. These berries might be another player's crops on some kind of plot that you don't have access to.
