First off, Wurst doesn't work with Lunar Client. Like, at all. Lunar Client is a closed-source client that doesn't allow you to add external mods. They have their own built-in features and that's it. You can't just slap Wurst on top of it.
Second, modern versions of Wurst are Fabric mods, not Forge mods. So trying to run it with Forge won't work either. You need to install Fabric Loader and then put the Wurst .jar file in your mods folder.
Third, Wurst isn't an online service that can be "down". It's a client-side mod that runs entirely on your computer. If it's not showing up, it means it's not installed correctly (or in your case, you're trying to use it with incompatible mod loaders/clients).
Here's what you actually need to do:
- Download and install Fabric Loader for your Minecraft version
- Download the matching version of Wurst and Fabric API for that Minecraft version
- Put the Wurst and Fabric API .jar files in your .minecraft/mods folder
- Launch Minecraft using the Fabric profile
