Should I stick with 1.8.9 or should I remake my client for newer versions

Haii!! Not wurst related lol. Should I make my new client on 1.9+ or should I stick with 1.8.9? I am the developer of Szalona r4 (private client and you won't be able to find it anywhere, and if you do find it on YouTube they are just my devlogs lol). Should I discontinue it and start a new client for 1.21 or should I keep updating it?

if u plan on ur client having both advanced triggerbot(with simulate click feature) and attribute swapping then i suggest going for it since many people looking for such advanced clients
