Steps to reproduce:
1. Build tallish bubble column or deep hole leading to waterlogged chest
2. With bubble column just go up then try to exit at top, and with waterlogged chest just walk into a wall
3. Rubber banding-like effect occurs, moving player back to where they were some time ago. May only work if potion effects are active. In my case I was under beacon effects.
