TLDR: no
Every time you send a Wurst command, the command processor cancels the message and doesn't send it to the server. Unless you install another mod that somehow conflicts with Wurst, no one will ever see that you ran a Wurst command.
This applies to most clients. If the command prefix is present at the beginning of the message, the message won't be sent.
